First time home buyer checklist:       home-appraisal-checklist

  1. Income documentation - includes payslip and ITR                                                                                                
  2. Identify your loan
    • Pag-ibig loan 
      • needs at least 24mos contribution, and without existing housing loan to qualify
    • Banks
      • at least 3 years employed in a company. Payslip and ITR
      • Income statement and permits for business
      • Those in abroad should be OFW status to qualify. Naturalized citizens to a foreign country is not qualified for a bank loan
    • In-House
      • Clients that do not qualify for a bank loan, goes to this category
      • Also, clients who wants to be anonymous
  3. Identify your purchase price - Identify also monthly mortgage amounts and loan term.
  4. Find a real estate agent that are specializes in first-time home buyers like Cavitehomes.

    5. That's a great checklist. if you follow the above steps, you will be right in line to experience your first time a great time.
