Is Lancaster flood prone? would probably be the most frequently ask question by a potential first time home buyer. And rightly so, because, who would want to live in a flood prone area.

First of all, before we look into, Is Lancaster flood prone? a brief Summary regarding the subdivision development:

Due to the upcoming LRT Expansion and Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), investing and living in Lancaster New City will surely be so much more rewarding.

Now, to answer the question, Is Lancaster Flood Prone?

A reputable website that shows flood prone areas in the Philippines, Nababaha.com has this to show about Lancaster:

The part where the houses of Lancaster New City are located is encircled with white. Most noteworthy, If the area is flood prone, it will have Yellow or Orange color highlights.

Furthermore, another website, baseportal.com, enumerates the flood prone areas in Cavite. Imus and Gen Trias where the houses of Lancaster is located is not found in the list.
